Feedsy Co-Founder / CTO

Why we built it and how we power it

Hey! We’re excited to have you here, especially as we begin sharing insights about the journey of building Feedsy and our vision for the product.

Why We Built Feedsy

From our own experience and that of our customers, we know the importance of user feedback - the sooner the better. The challenge is that feedback collection, prioritization, and responding can quickly become overwhelming, especially as the user base grows. Too often, valuable insights from customers get lost in the noise, while product teams struggle to organize, track, and act on what they’re hearing.

This is where Feedsy comes in. Feedsy was designed to streamline the feedback loop, making it easier for companies to collect, categorize, and prioritize feedback while keeping users in the loop on new features, fixes, and improvements. With Feedsy, startup can build a transparent relationship with users, showing them that their input shapes the product’s evolution.

How Feedsy Works

At its core, Feedsy offers a widget that clients can easily embed on their sites, allowing users to submit feedback, share ideas, report issues, and see a roadmap of planned and released updates (comming soon). For the teams using Feedsy, this means a central, organized hub for all incoming feedback, accessible anytime and with all necessary context in one place. Our goal is to help companies move from reactive to proactive in their user interactions.

A Look at Our Tech Stack

We wanted to get Feedsy up and running as quickly as possible, in the simplest way possible, and without worrying about the latest trends. We use Go with Templ, postgres and hosted on Hetzner. That's it. No fancy stuff and it works.

Looking Ahead

We’re just getting started! Our roadmap includes features like improved analytics for feedback trends, enhanced integrations, and customization options that will make Feedsy even more versatile. We’re building Feedsy not just as a tool, but as a bridge between product teams and their users. We can’t wait to see how Feedsy will help shape your product's journey.
